A SonicWall technical specialist will work remotely with you to diagnose and identify software and hardware that is not performing to documented specifications. Support also includes limited general usage and implementation assistance. Step-by-step installation or configuration of any product or service is not part of SonicWall's service and support offerings. Should you require installation or configuration assistance, SonicWall will refer you to a certified value-added reseller or offer you one of our professional services.
Service and support agreements provide for the replacement of failed hardware returned to SonicWall. The replacement product may be new or as good as new. If the product is obsolete, SonicWall reserves the right to replace the defective product with a product having similar or better functions and features.
